Well... It has been a while....

I have spent all my time getting ready lately....
FOR MY KINDERGARTEN CLASSROOM!!!!
I am so absolutely excited. I have been asked to take over in a Kinder classroom
through the end of the year, and who knows........ ;)

Well...
I have been very busy painting furniture and getting everything ready to start on Monday!!
Ah, the nerves are definitely starting.

I am so very thankful for my wonderful family and boyfriend that has helped me survive this week.
I know they are ready for me to clean the house up....
It is a mess here!

Just a Bit of Information

So, I have decided to tell you something very important. 
Currently, I am looking for my first teaching job.

As I have mentioned before, I am a recent college graduate. 
I love teaching and right now I sub. Well, my ultimate goal is to be 
a special education teacher. Because of this goal, I have been working 
on putting a portfolio together. However, I am unsure of what to include
for a special educator portfolio. I would be carrying this portfolio
to interviews with me. I was curious if any of you had idea about what I should include. 
I would really appreciate the input. I have a general education portfolio finished,

but I feel like I will need a separate one for Special Education. 
Anyways, I look forward to reading your comments.
